How COVID-19 Re-defined our Priorities

"Can you identify some major changes you've seen in the industry or within the company over the past year and through the initial onset of COVID-19?"

"It’s certainly been a tough a situation for us in general, both as humans and as business operators, to experience what we're going through in our country and the broader world.
At ChildcareCRM, it's forced us to take a hard look at the business and be real about what we're doing well and what we can improve on going forward because it is truly a different world than it was back in January and February of this year…

From a business perspective, we’ve analyzed our product offerings and customer feedback and we’ve realized that our CRM solution works best for those with multiple centers. Although we have many customers who have one to five centers using the solution and seeing value, we realize it could be a better experience for them if it were optimized for operators at that level. These owners and directors don't necessarily need as much of the horsepower and feature functionality that the current platform possesses. Some components are possibly clogging up their view and affecting how effectively they can use our tool today.

So, we've been hard at work to make sure that we're developing versions of our product that work for everybody… No matter their size or their business goals, we want to and we can help. With the new ChildcareCRM product, even those who are making the transition for the first time from pen and paper to software can manage that with ChildcareCRM and they can see all the same benefits as a larger organization who may potentially have advanced technology experience and a dedicated internal team."
