IRVING, Texas, April 18, 2024
LineLeader, a leading provider of early childhood education software, proudly participated in the Week of the Young Child (WOYC), a nationwide celebration aimed at highlighting the importance of early education and childcare providers in the United States. Organized by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), this weeklong event, held from April 8 to April 12, 2024, served as an opportunity to honor and recognize the vital role of educators in the foundational development of young learners and their families.
Throughout the week, the LineLeader team embarked on a journey to visit 10 of their valued customers across the nation, 5 of which were based in LineLeader’s home state of Texas and gifted new children’s books based on suggestions from the Texas Chapter of NAEYC’s WOYC reading list.
The additional 5 site visits were each dedicated to a specific theme, reflecting the diverse aspects of early childhood education.
On ‘Tasty Tuesday’, Concordia Place in Chicago, Illinois, welcomed the LineLeader team on Tuesday, as they explored the culinary arts with young learners, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating habits.
“Concordia Place recently welcomed special guests Brett Neller, CEO, and Julie Blackhall, Head of Finance and Biz Ops, of @golineleader, a valued partner across all four Concordia centers,” said a spokesperson from Concordia Place on their social media accounts, following the site visit & toy drop-off. “These engaging, hands-on culinary resources are sure to spark creativity and curiosity as children explore and play in Concordia's classroom kitchens.”
Wrapping up the week, LineLeader concluded their celebrations on ‘Family Friday’ at Little Tyke Childcare in Fort Worth, Texas, emphasizing the significance of family engagement in early childhood education.
Regarding their use of the LineLeader Unified platform, Little Tyke Director, Anna Carrasco, said “I thought our centers were already very successful but LineLeader opened up new doors of possibility, from how I manage the enrollment process and it’s been great communicating with parents.”
Each visit provided an opportunity for the LineLeader team to express gratitude and appreciation to the dedicated educators and childcare providers who play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young learners.
"We consider ourselves to be more than just software providers. We strive to be ECE advocates and partners that our customers can lean on as they work towards their own business’ goals and objectives," said Brett Neller, CEO at LineLeader. "This is our fourth year visiting customers during Week of The Young Child and it continues to serve as a reminder of the profound impact that early childhood education has on the lives of children and families. We are proud to support and recognize the invaluable work of educators across the nation."
