HoneyTree Early Learning was established in 1979 in Virginia with just one location. They now have 11 centers, located throughout the Roanoke Valley, including Roanoke, Vinton, Salem, Smith Mountain Lake, and Christiansburg.

Linda Leap, Director of Operations for HoneyTree, was a key decision-maker involved in selecting ChildcareCRM for HoneyTree. Since that time, the center staff have developed numerous templates for correspondence, for marketing, and for providing information to parents.

“When we receive a phone call, or inquiry through our website, or someone just drops by one of our 11 centers, we track the name, phone number, email address, child(s) age, etc. through CRM. We track all our families from New Lead status through Enrollment.”
