What Was Your Role in Education Before Joining LineLeader?

Our team members bring diverse experiences from a range of educational settings:

• Faith Walker spent 5 years at a Primrose location in Dripping Springs, TX, helping out in classrooms and providing support wherever needed. She later became an Assistant Teacher in the toddler room.
• Mike Widner has worked as a teacher and academic technology specialist at universities like UT Austin, Stanford, and SMU. His deep understanding of both education and technology makes him an invaluable leader in engineering at LineLeader.
• Destiny Duncan worked as a Lead Infant Teacher at Primrose Schools, gaining hands-on experience in early childhood education.
• Lisa Henkel has a strong background in preschool teaching, having worked in multiple roles from assistant teacher to COO. She later went on to 

  President for a company specializing in ECE Continuing Education for 2 years.

• Mitchell Loft has experience as a Teacher Aide and Educator in outside school hours care and long-day care, which has helped shape his support role at LineLeader.
• LT Kravetz-Stansbery has a background as a 5th-grade teacher and high school coach, using her leadership experience to guide LineLeader’s professional services team.
• Tiffanie Taylor taught Kindergarten in Arizona and Texas for 5 years, gaining firsthand experience in classroom management and student development.

What Drives Us

Our team’s passion for education goes beyond just teaching. For example, Tiffanie reflects on her personal journey, saying, “It wasn’t until I became a teacher that I understood how difficult it was to teach to a room full of 30+ kids and accommodate all of their different learning styles.” This understanding drives us to create solutions that meet educators’ diverse needs.
