Re-enrolment is a process that all centres accomplish between October to November to start the new year smoothly. Centre directors will organise the rooms, educators, resources and programs based on the number of children that will be continuing with them in the new year. This is also a great way to understand how many families are wanting to stay with you and who will be leaving. This knowledge should fuel your decisions about your marketing efforts during the holiday period.

We want to shake things up a bit. We've composed 3 reasons why you should try starting your re-enrolment process a bit sooner this year.
1) Provides your team insight on the new year
When reading your results, you can see how families will be sticking with you, how many families want to increase their days, and how many waitlist families will be joining you in the new year.
This is also a great time to gain more enquiries, re-engage older leads, and encourage currently enrolled families to increase their booking pattern.
2) Allows time to get yourself organised
The last 9 or 10 months has been a blur and your family database may be looking a little rough around the edges. This is the perfect time to ask your families whether their needs have changed. Refresh families on centre policies and update their media consent for marketing purposes. Once you have gone through the re-enrolment process with your families, the database should be in good shape!
3) Gives your educators room to breathe
Your educators will always thrive with more time and information given to them. If educators and teachers are being given updated numbers for the start of the year, they can properly plan the continuation of their educational program and not expect the unexpected.
There you have it, 3 reasons why you should start your re-enrolment process earlier! These 3 should get you thinking about "What is the best way to do this?" and "How do we get more families to stay with us?".
