Today we are LineLeader! 

I'm proud to announce the acquisition of MomentPath, childcare management software, the rebranding of ChildcareCRM and MomentPath to LineLeader, and the launch of our newest platform, also named LineLeader.  

The arrival of LineLeader is more than just a rebranding. This new platform is the Childcare industry’s first and only unified platform that delivers full-featured customer relationship management (CRM) software, a dedicated parent engagement app, and childcare management software (CMS)—together in one solution.

Who Is MomentPath?

MomentPath is enterprise-wide childcare management software that unites all your stakeholders and tells you everything you need to know as you grow. Serving more than 1,000 centres, MomentPath strengthens connections between parents and educators. It includes a communication app and a customisable platform where parents, teachers, and administrators can access the tools and information they need more efficiently and redirect their focus to what matters most – caring for children.

What This Means for You

Users of ChildcareCRM and ChildcareFORMS will remain on their current product(s) with no change. The only change for our Australian customers is our name which is now LineLeader. Customers will continue to work with the same great people they worked with prior to the acquisition.

More than a decade ago, the founders of ChildcareCRM pioneered the first-ever CRM software for the early childhood education industry. Over 12 years, we've added countless new features, a modern user experience, and two CRM editions, one for single centres and one for multi-centres. Most recently, the launch of our digital enrolment and online payment solutions provided you with everything you need to manage your enrolment journey.

Why We Chose LineLeader   

You may be wondering why we chose the name LineLeader. In the early days of primary school and preschool – the line leader the line leader, had to guide your class—in an organised way—from the outside of the class all the way in. 

Our technology platform empowers childcare professionals to be line leaders every day as they organise and guide families from their starting point (enquiry) to their ending point (re-enrolment).
